갈증, 다음증(다갈증/물을 많이 마실 때), Thirsty, Polydipsia

갈증, 다음증의 정의

수분을 비정상적으로 많이 마시거나 비정상으로 갈증이 많이 생기는 증상을 다음 또는 다갈증이라고 한다.

갈증, 다음증의 원인

히스테리아,
원발성 다음(다갈증),
강박성 수분 섭취증,
미숙한 행동,
정서 정신불안증 등으로 다음증이 생길 수 있다.
제 1형 당뇨병,
고칼슘 혈증,
저칼륨 혈증,
발트테르 증후군,
크롬친화성 세포증,
요분증,
신장 세뇨관 산성혈증,
고혈압,
심장 부전증,
탈수증,
짠 음식 섭취 등으로 다음증이 생길 수 있다.
1형 당뇨병으로 다음증이 생길 때는 소변을 자주 많이 보고 음식물을 많이 섭취하는 것이 보통이다.

갈증, 다음증의 치료

원인에 따라 치료한다.
체중 매 kg당 1일 수분 필요량
- 영아는 150cc,
- 1~9세의 유아, 학령기 아이는 100~125cc
- 10~15세 사춘기 아이들은 50~75cc 정도 수분을 정상적으로 매일 섭취해야 한다.

Thirst, the definition of polydipsia

• Abnormally drinking a lot of water or having an abnormally high thirst is called Daum or polydipsia.

Thirst, the cause of polydipsia

• hysteria;

• Primary Daum (polyhydramnios),

• compulsive fluid intake,

• immature behavior;

• The following symptoms may occur due to emotional or mental anxiety disorder.

• Type 1 diabetes;

• Hypercalcemia;

• hypokalemia;

• Walther syndrome;

• pheochromocytosis,

• urinalysis;

• renal tubular acidosis;

• High blood pressure,

• heart failure;

• dehydration;

• The following symptoms may occur due to ingestion of salty food.

• When the following symptoms occur with type 1 diabetes, it is common to urinate a lot and eat a lot.

Thirst, treatment of polydipsia

• Treat according to the cause.

Daily water requirement per kg of body weight

• 150cc for infants;

• Infants 1-9 years old, school-age children 100-125cc

• Adolescents aged 10-15 years should normally consume 50-75cc of water daily.
