음식물 즉시 과민증의 개요

1형 IgE 중개 즉시 음식물 과민반응의 50%는 1세 이전 영아들에게 생기고,
약 20%는 2세 이전 영유아들에게 생기고,

1형 IgE 중개 즉시 음식물 과민반응의 대부분은 영아 포물라(인공영양) 속에 있는 우유 단백이나 콩단백으로 생긴다.
여러 종류의 음식물 중 우유 단백이나 콩단백, 달걀, 생선, 땅콩, 밀가루 음식물 등으로 즉시 과민증이 가장 잘 생긴다.
소아청소년 음식물 알레르기의 90% 이상이 우유나 콩단백에 의해서 유발되고 드물게는 메이플 시럽, 모유 단백, 가수분해 단백질로 만든 영아 포물라, 쌀 시리얼 속에든 단백, 우유나 달걀이 들지 않은 음식물, 부적절하게 표시한 음식물 성분 등으로 즉시 알레르기가 생길 수 있다.
즉시 음식물 과민반응은 음식물을 먹은 후 수분 내 생길 수 있고 때로는 음식물 먹은 후 2시간 경에 나타날 수 있다.

음식물 즉시 과민증의 증상 징후

구기, 구토, 복통, 설사, 입안 점막이 가렵고 절절거리고 두드러기, 천명, 기도 경련과 기도 부종, 호흡곤란, 복통, 혈압강하, 쇼크 등이 생길 수 있다.

증상 징후, 병력, 진찰소견을 종합해서 진단한다.

음식물 즉시 과민증의 치료

과민증이 생기면 생긴 현장에서 즉시 에피네프린 주사 등으로 치료한다.
단골 소아청소년과 의사, 병원 응급실에 연락하여 그들의 지시에 따라 응급으로 치료한다.
평소에 그런 종류의 음식물을 먹지 않고 즉시 과민증이 생길 때 응급치료용 에피네프린 주사를 항시 보관한다.

• 50% of type 1 IgE-mediated immediate food hypersensitivity reactions occur in infants before 1 year of age;

• About 20% of cases occur in children before 2 years of age;

• 10% of cases occur in infancy, school age and puberty after 2 years of age. • Most of the type 1 IgE-mediated immediate food hypersensitivity reactions are caused by milk protein or soy protein in infant formula (artificial nutrition).

• Among various types of food, hypersensitivity is most likely to occur immediately to milk protein, soy protein, eggs, fish, peanuts, and wheat flour.

• More than 90% of food allergies in children and adolescents are caused by milk or soy protein and, rarely, maple syrup, breast milk protein, infant formula made from hydrolyzed protein, protein in rice cereal, foods without milk or eggs, inappropriate Allergies can occur immediately to food ingredients that are clearly labeled.

• Immediate food intolerance may occur within minutes of eating and sometimes 2 hours after eating. Symptoms Signs of Immediate Intolerance to Food

• Vomiting, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, itching and limping of the mucous membranes of the mouth, hives, wheezing, airway spasms and airway edema, dyspnea, abdominal pain, drop in blood pressure, and shock may occur.

Diagnosis of immediate food intolerance

• Diagnosis is made by combining symptoms, medical history, and examination findings.

Treatment of immediate intolerance to food

• If hypersensitivity occurs, immediately treat with epinephrine injections at the site of occurrence. ]

• Contact your regular pediatrician, hospital emergency room, and follow their instructions for emergency treatment.

• Always keep a first-aid injection of epinephrine if you don’t normally eat that kind of food and develop an immediate hypersensitivity.
