놀와크 바이러스, 놀와크 바이러스 유사 바이러스, 코로나 바이러스, 애스트로 바이러스, 미니-리오 바이러스, 또는 아데노바이러스 등의 감염으로 인한 바이러스 위장염, Gastroenteritis due to Norwalkvirus, Norwalk-likevirus, coronavirus, astrovirus, rhinovirus, or adenovirus

로타바이러스를 비롯해서 엔테로바이러스, 놀와크바이러스, 놀와크바이러스 유사 바이러스, 코
로나바이러스, 애스트로바이러스, 미니-리오바이러스, 또는 아데노바이러스 등 바이러스 감염으로 소아청소년들에게 바이러스 위장염이 생길 수 있다.
이런 종류의 바이러스 감염으로 위장염이 생기면 설사 구토 복통 탈수 등이 생길 수 있다.
때로는 미열 내지 고열이 날 수 있다.
이 바이러스 위장염은 한 지역에 국한되어 발생될 수도 있고 여러 지역에 광범위하게 유행 될
수 있다.
경미한 경우는, 특별한 치료가 없이 자연 회복될 수 있다.
때로는 심하게 탈수될 수 있다.
특효약은 없고 대증 치료를 한다.
예방접종백신도 없다.
아데노 바이러스 감염병은 대증 치료를 한다. cidofovir로 시험 치료 면역 손상돤 환자를 치료한 결과 효과가 났다는 연구결과도 있다.

예방 접종: 경구용 생 아데노 바아러스 백신 4형과 12형이 미국 식약청의 허가를 받고 17세- 50세 연녕층에 접종할수 있고 건인들에게 접종한다

• Rotavirus, as well as enteroviruses, Norwalk viruses, Norwalk virus-like viruses, nasal • Viral gastroenteritis, can occur in children and adolescents due to viral infections such as rotavirus, astrovirus, mini-reovirus, or adenovirus.

• This type of viral infection can cause gastroenteritis, including diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and dehydration.

• Occasionally, you may have a low or high fever.

• This viral gastroenteritis may be confined to one area or maybe widespread in many areas.

• Can.

• In mild cases, spontaneous recovery is possible without special treatment.

• You can sometimes become severely dehydrated.

• There is no specific drug, and symptomatic treatment is used.

• There is no vaccine available.

• Adenovirus infections should be treated symptomatically. There are also studies showing that cidofovir was effective as a result of treating immunocompromised patients in the trial treatment. Vaccination: Oral live adenovirus vaccine types 4 and 12 have been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration and can be vaccinated to the 17-50-year-old Yeonnyeong group
