임신부 여행자 음식물 안전성과 설사, Food safety and Travelers’ diarrhea in during pregnancy

  • 여행자의 설사 발생률은 여행가는 지역이나 계절에 따라 다를 수 있지만 약 30~70% 정도 발생한다. 자고로 음식물을 끓여 익혀먹어라, 요리를 잘 해서 먹어라, 과일은 껍질을 벗겨먹어라, 그렇지 않으면 아주 먹지말라 라는 여행자설사예방주의가 있지만 그 주의 이외로 여행지 부적절한 위생 관리로 인해서 여행자 설사가 발생할 수도 있다.
  • 다음은 임신부가 여행할 때 설사로 인해 생길 수 있는 임신부 여행자 설사에 관해서 설명한다.
  • 심한 탈수와 키토 산혈증이 생길 수 있다. 특히 탈수를 예방해야 한다.
  • 여행 중 식수를 끓여 마셔야 한다.
  • 여행자 설사를 일으킬 수 있는 톡소플라스모시스마증이나 리스테리아증 등을 예방하기 위해 육류를 잘 익혀 먹고 저온 살균 처리한 낙농 음식물만 먹고 미리 준비한 샐라드를 먹지말아야 한다.
  • 비스므스제가 든 설사약은 임신부에 금기이다.
  • 가오린 펙튼제가 든 설사약은 사용할 수 있다.
  • fluoroquinolones과 테트라사이클린 항생제는 임신부 여행자 설사치료에 금기다.
  • 3대 세팔로스포린이나 마이크로라이드 항생제로 치료할 수 있다.

Food safety and Travelers’ diarrhea in during pregnancy

• The incidence of diarrhea among travelers may vary depending on the region or season, but it occurs about 30-70%. There are traveler’s diarrhea precautions such as boiling and cooking food, eat well-cooked, eat fruits with the skin off, otherwise, do not eat very much.

• The following explains pregnant traveler’s diarrhea, which can be caused by diarrhea when pregnant women travel.

• Severe dehydration and ketoacidosis may occur. In particular, dehydration should be avoided.

• Drinking water should be boiled while traveling.

• To prevent toxoplasmosis and listeriosis, which can cause traveler’s diarrhea, eat well-cooked meat, eat only pasteurized dairy foods, and avoid pre-prepared salads.

• Laxatives containing bismuth are contraindicated in pregnant women.

• Laxatives containing kaolin-pectin can be used.

• Fluoroquinolones and tetracycline antibiotics are contraindicated in the treatment of traveler’s diarrhea in pregnant women.

• Can be treated with third-generation cephalosporins or microlide antibiotics.
