궤양성 대장염과 크론 병 등 염증성 장질환으로 생기는 설사, Diarrhea caused by Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) caused by Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease

대장염 및, 또는 소장염의 원인

① 살모넬라균 감염, 시겔라균 감염, 이질균 감염, 캄필로박터균 감염, 또는 에르시나균 감염 등 박테리아(세균) 감염으로 대소장염이 생길 수 있고

② 아메바 원충 감염으로 대소장염이 생길 수 있고

③ 람불편모충 감염으로 대소장염이 생길 수 있고

④ 장 바이러스(엔테로바이러스)나 로타바이러스 등 바이러스 감염으로 대소장염이 생길 수 있고

⑤ 유기 화학물질 중독이나 무기 화학물질 중독으로 대소장염이 생길 수 있다.

대소장염이 이상 ①~⑤의 원인으로 생기지도 않고 다른 원인으로 생긴다고 확실히 규명할 수 없는 소장염이나 대장염, 또는 대소장염을 염증성 장질환이라고 저의한다.
대장에 생긴 염증성 장질환을 궤양성 대장염이라 하고
소장에 생긴 염증성 장질환을 크론 병이라 한다.
즉 염증성 장질환에는 궤양성 대장염과 크론 병이 있다.

Diarrhea caused by Inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) caused by Ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease

Colitis and, or Causes of Enteritis

① Bacterial (bacterial) infection such as Salmonella infection, Shigella infection, Shigella infection, Campylobacter infection, or Ercina infection can cause colitis.

② Amoeba protozoa infection can cause colitis.

③ Plasmodium parasite infection can cause colitis. ④ Infection with enterovirus (enterovirus) or rotavirus can cause colitis.

⑤ Organic chemical poisoning or inorganic chemical poisoning can cause colitis.

• Inflammatory bowel disease is defined as enteritis, colitis, or colitis, which cannot be determined with certainty that colitis is caused by other causes or causes of abnormalities ①~⑤.

• Inflammatory bowel disease in the large intestine is called ulcerative colitis.

• Inflammatory bowel disease in the small intestine is called Crohn’s disease.

• Namely, inflammatory bowel disease includes ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
