Entamoeba histolytica Giardia, lamblia . Dientamoeba fragilis Cryptosporidium Microsporidia Isospora Cyclospora cayetanensis Blastocystis hominis infections:무상 위장염을 일킬 수 있다. 배불임, 방귀, 설사, 복통, 구토, 성장 장애 등의 증상이 생길 수 있다. 대변기생충 검사로 진다.항생제 치료 없이 관찰 치료를 하든지 Nitazoxanid와 Metronidazole으로 치료하거나 ㅆTinidazole로 치료한다. 비 병원성 창자 내 원충이 발견되면 음식물 및, 또는 물에 인변이 오염됐다는 것을 의미한다. 증상 없이 사람에게서 발견되면 치료할 필요가 없다. 체중 감소 등 증상이 있으면 더 조사해서 진단 치료를 받는 것을 권장한다. Giardia, Cryptosporidium 등은 항원 검사로 진단한다. Cryptosporidium, Microsporidia, Isospora, Cyclospora cayetanensis이 발견되면 위장 내과전문의에게 자문치료 받는다. 여행 후 여행자 설사 흥분성 장관 증후군은 Post-traveler’s diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome 흔한 편이다. |

Entamoeba histolytica Giardia, lamblia . Dientamoeba fragilis Cryptosporidium Microsporidia Isospora Cyclospora cayetanensis Blastocystis hominis infections: May cause free gastroenteritis. Symptoms such as infertility, farts, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, and growth disorders may occur. Loss with stool parasite test. Observational treatment without antibiotic treatment, treatment with Nitazoxanid and Metronidazole, or treatment with ㅆTinidazole. Red Book 31st edition 2021 |

Non-pathogenic intestinal protozoa |
• The presence of non-pathogenic intestinal protozoa indicates fecal contamination with food and/or water.
• If found in people without symptoms, no treatment is required.
• If you have symptoms such as weight loss, further investigation and diagnosis are recommended.
• Giardia and Cryptosporidium are diagnosed by antigen test.
• If Cryptosporidium, Microsporidia, Isospora, or Cyclospora cayetanensis are detected, consult a gastroenterologist for treatment.
• Post-traveler’s diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome is common.
