음식물 알레르기와 음식물 과민증, Food allergy and food sensitivity

음식물 알레르기는 크게 두 가지로 나눌 수 있다.
즉 IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기성 위장염도 있고
음식물 단백 항원과 항체 이상 작용이 있다.
IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기성 위장염이 아닌 비 IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기성 위장염이 있다.
IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기성 위장염이 아니고 음식물 단백 성분 항원과 항체 이상 작용이 위장에 생기면 위장염이 생길 수 있다. 이때 음식물 알레르기 또는 음식물 과민증이 생길 수 있다. 알레르기성 위장염과 감별해야 한다.
IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기성 위장염, 비 IgE 면역체 매개 알레르기 위장염 등으로 생긴 위장염은 사실상 혼동되는 병명이다.
음식물 알레르기는 음식물 알레르기를 유발 시킬 수 있는 항원이든 그런 음식물 섭취를 피하면 그 알레르기가 없어질 수 있다.
그 항원에 다시 노출되면 증상 징후가 또다시 생기는 것이 보통이다.

Food allergy and food sensitivity

• Food allergies can be divided into two main categories.

• ie IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis

• There is an abnormal action of food protein antigen and antibody.

• You have non-IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis that is not IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis.

• If it is not IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis, and an abnormal action of food protein component antigen and antibody occurs in the stomach, gastroenteritis may occur. In this case, food allergy or food intolerance may occur. It must be differentiated from allergic gastroenteritis.

• Gastroenteritis caused by IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis and non-IgE immune-mediated allergic gastroenteritis is actually a confusing disease name.

• Food allergies are allergens that can trigger food allergies, but if you avoid eating those foods, the allergy can go away.

• Re-exposure to the antigen usually results in the re-emergence of symptoms.
