“바이러스 위장염을 앓을 때 구토 및, 또는 설사를 하는 기전”을 쉽게 이해하기 위해서는 음식물을 소화시키는 데 필요한 소화 효소에 관해서 알아보고 설사의 종류에 관해서 알아본다. 

  • 침샘에서 분비되는 타액 알파 아밀라제, 
  • 위에서 분비되는 펩신, 
  • 십이지장에서 분비되는 엔테로키나제, 

췌장에서 분비되는 

    • 트립신, 
    • 카이로트립신, 
    • 카르복시펩티데이스, 
    • 췌장 지방분해 효소, 
    • 췌장 알파 아밀라제, 
    • 리보뉴클레이제, 
    • 디옥시라이보뉴클레에이스, 
    • 포스포리파제 A, 
  • 소장관 점막세포에서 분비되는 
    • 유당분해효소, 
    • 자당분해효소, 
    • 아밀라제, 
    • 아이소말타제, 
    • 장지방분해효소, 
    • 아미노펩티데이스, 
    • 디펩티다제, 
    • 뉴클레에이스 등 소화 효소들과 
  • 간에서 분비되는 담즙 등으로 평소 먹은 음식물이 
  • 위장에서 정상적으로 소화된다.

In order to easily understand the “mechanism of vomiting and/or diarrhea when suffering from viral gastroenteritis,” let’s learn about the digestive enzymes needed to digest food and learn about the types of diarrhea.
• salivary alpha-amylase secreted by the salivary glands;
• pepsin from the stomach;
• Enterokinase secreted by the duodenum;
Followings secreted by the pancreas
o Trypsin,
o Chirotrypsin,
o carboxypeptidase,
o pancreatic lipolytic enzyme,
o pancreatic alpha-amylase,
o ribonuclease,
o deoxyribonuclease,
o phospholipase A,
 Secreted by mucosal cells of the small intestine
o lactase,
o sucrose enzyme,
o amylase,
o isomaltase,
o intestinal lipolytic enzyme,
o aminopeptidase, o dipeptidase,
o Digestive enzymes such as nucleases and
 Bile secreted by the liver causes food eaten normally
It is normally digested in the stomach.
