배변곤란증(배변장애), Dyschezia

대장이나 항문에 있는 어떤 이상과 배변곤란증을 감별 진단해야 한다.

배변곤란은 배변을 할 때(똥을 눌 때) 직장 통증이 생기거나 배변하기가 곤란한 증상 징후가 생길 때 배변곤란이라 한다.
배변곤란증을 배변 장애라고도 한다.
배변곤란증은 6개월 이전 영아들에게도 생길 수 있고 원인은 확실히 모른다.
대변을 볼 때 항문에 힘을 많이 주고 때로는 짜증낸다.
이 증상은 변비를 동반하지 않고 정상적 대변을 보는 것이 보통이다.
대변 볼 때 아랫배가 아파서 울기도 한다.
그리고 배에 힘을 많이 주기도 한다.
대변은 정상적 대변이든지 설사변 같은 대변을 볼 수 있다.
때로는 배변곤란증이 10분 정도 계속 될 수 있고 배변곤란증이 계속되는 동안 보채고 울기도 한다.
배변곤란은 경미한 영아산통의 일종이거나 또는 영유아 흥분성 위장증후군의 일종이라고 생각한다.
특별한 치료는 없다.
마일칸 등 항 가스제로 치료해 볼 수 있다.

Dyschezia

• Indigestion is referred to as dyspepsia when there is rectal pain or symptoms that make it difficult to pass a bowel movement (when pressing poop).

• Indigestion is also called defecation disorder.

• Dysphagia can also occur in infants before 6 months of age and the cause is unknown.

• When you have a bowel movement, your anus is strained and sometimes irritated.

• This symptom is not accompanied by constipation and it is normal to have a normal stool. • I sometimes cry because my stomach hurts when I have a bowel movement.

• It also gives a lot of strength to the boat.

• The stool may be normal stool or diarrhea-like stool.

• Sometimes dyspepsia can last up to 10 minutes, and you may sneeze and cry while the dyspepsia continues.

• I think that dyspepsia is a type of mild infantile colic or a type of infantile excitatory gastrointestinal syndrome.

• There is no specific treatment. • It can be treated with anti-gas drugs, such as Mylican.
