간 기능 검사, Liver function tests

여러 종류의 피검사를 해서 간 기능을 검사할 수 있다.
간염이 있으면 간세포들이 손상된다.
간세포에 염증이 생기고 간세포가 손상될 때 간 기능 검사를 하면 간 기능검사의 결과가 비정상적으로 나타나는 것이 보통이다.
간세포들이 정상인지 비정상인지 알아보기 위해 간 기능 검사를 한다.

간 기능 검사의 종류

총 빌리루빈(Bilirubin, total) ,
간접 빌리루빈 (Bilirubin, indirect),
직접 빌리루빈 (Bilirubin, direct)
혈청 글루타민산옥살로초산트란스아민네이스(SGOT/AST/SGOT))
혈청 글루타민산파이루빈산트란스아민네이스(SGPT/ALT/(SGPT))
젖산탈수소효소(LDH/Lactate dehydrogenase)
알카린 포스파티다제(Alkaline phosphatase, serum,)
혈 중 총 단백질 (Protein, total, serum),
혈 중 혈청 단백 (Albumin, serum),
콜레스테롤(Cholesterol),
암모니아(Blood Ammonia)
글루타밀 트란스펩티데이스(트란스펩티다제/Glutamyl transpeptidase),
5-누클레오티다제(5′-nucleotidase)
프로트롬빈 시간(Prothrombin time/PT),
그 외

간에서 생성 분비되는 간 효소와 생화학 물질의 혈 중 농도를 검사해서 간 기능을 간접적으로 검사할 수 있다.
위 1~14 간 기능 검사 중 일부 또는 전부 검사하거나 또는 더 많이 검사해서 간 기능을 알아보는 것을 간 기능 검사라고 한다.
심한 간경변증이나 그 밖의 다른 간 질환이 있을 때 혈중 단백질의 농도가 정상치 이하로 떨어질 수 있다.
간에서 생성된 여러 종류의 생화학 물질의 혈중 농도를 검사해 보면 간의 기능이 정상인지 비정상인지 알 수 있다.
때로는 간 생체조직 일부를 떼어 간 생체 조직검사를 해서 간에 있는 질병을 진단할 수 있다.

그 외에 간 X-선 검사, 간 CT 스캔 검사, 간 초음파 검사, 간 MRI 검사 등으로 간의 질병을 진단할 수 있다.

Liver function tests

• Several types of blood tests can be performed to test liver function.

• With hepatitis, liver cells are damaged.

• When liver cells become inflamed and liver cells are damaged, liver function tests usually show abnormal results.

• Liver function tests to see if the liver cells are normal or abnormal.

Types of liver function tests

1. Bilirubin, total ,

2. Indirect bilirubin (Bilirubin, indirect),

3. Bilirubin, direct

4. Serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminease (SGOT/AST/SGOT))

5. Serum glutamate pyruvate transaminease (SGPT/ALT/(SGPT))

6. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH/Lactate dehydrogenase)

7. Alkaline phosphatase (serum,)

8. Total protein in the blood (Protein, total, serum),

9. Blood serum protein (Albumin, serum);

10. Cholesterol,

11. Blood Ammonia

12. Glutamyl transpeptidase (transpeptidase/Glutamyl transpeptidase),

13. 5-nucleotidase (5′-nucleotidase)

14. Prothrombin time (PT),

15. Others

• Liver function can be indirectly tested by examining blood levels of liver enzymes and biochemicals produced and secreted by the liver.

• Examination of liver function by testing some, all, or more of the liver function tests 1 to 14 above is called a liver function test.

• If you have severe liver cirrhosis or another liver disease, the level of protein in your blood may drop below normal.

• By examining the blood levels of various types of biochemical substances produced by the liver, it can be determined whether the liver is functioning normally or abnormally.

• Sometimes, a liver biopsy can be done to diagnose a disease in the liver by removing a piece of liver tissue.

In addition, liver disease can be diagnosed by liver X-ray examination, liver CT scan examination, liver ultrasound examination, and liver MRI examination.
